Today I went to MAISON&OBJET, a famous semi-annual interior design show in Paris.
It's my second time there, but my first professional visit.
I toured the show, visited the Refished stand, an Austrian brand (@Sissy, it was nice to have met you in person), other Japanese brands (Kashiko, Nippon Kodo, Atelier Seiran...), many European brands such as Vincent Sheppard, V&V ArtHandlade Creations, Waww La table, Carédeau... I had a very passionate time, seeing and sometimes even chatting with their founders.
Finally, I was delighted to take part in the conference given by Madame Sarah Poniatowski, founder of Maison Sarah Lavoine, which was my main objective. Interior design has always been a passion of mine, ever since I was a little girl. Nevertheless, my encounter with her creation was a major influence and reason to the launch of MAISON MIYABI.
I fell in love with her style, her use of colors and her expressions. Thus, you can easily imagine that it was a great pleasure for me to be able to talk to her directly after the conference!
It was a day with rich encounters and inspiration.
