This tissue box is handmade by a Japanese craftsman using Washi paper from Haibara, a traditional Japanese paper shop established in Tokyo in 1806.

Since ancient times, snow has been considered a symbol of purity. It is also a sign of prosperity, as it nourishes the soil with water and thus promotes the following year's harvest.

To use it, simply place a box of tissues in the drawer.
Ordinary paper tissues become elegant when stored in this box.
It is very original and typically Japanese, but this box is designed to blend in with Western interiors and will enhance your beautiful decor!
