What does “FUKU” mean?
福 (fuku) is a Japanese term for luck, happiness, prosperity or good fortune. It is often associated with positive, beneficial concepts in Japanese culture. This series offers a range of auspicious motifs that will bring you happiness.

The design is the hero of the Kabuki show, Sukeroku. This performance is taken from the popular Kabuki play, Kanjincho. It's a moving piece that takes on a specific Kabuki aspect. The use of bold, trendy colors and style represent Kabuki. It's a unique Japanese aesthetic.
